Hearing Services in Louisville
Cerumen Removal:
Cerumen (earwax) is important for healthy ears. However, sometimes earwax can build-up inside the ear canal, causing discomfort and muffled hearing. If you have clogged ears due to earwax impaction, we can help you.
Clean, Checks, and Repairs:
Examine your ear canal, Clean the earpiece and replace the tubing, filter, and hook as needed, do minor repairs as necessary and more!
Hearing Aid Fitting:
After your hearing exam we will discuss some solutions that will help you hear better. When recommending hearing aids, we will consider your degree of hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget. Then, using real-ear measurement, we will expertly fit your hearing aids to your hearing prescription.
Tinnitus Management:
If you suffer from chronic ringing in the ears, we can help you. When you come in for a hearing evaluation, we can perform a tinnitus test to determine the cause and severity of your tinnitus. If you want to stop ringing in the ears, contact our office today.

Audiologist
Meg Cates, Au.D., has been a practicing audiologist since 2011. For her, the field is a great marriage of technology with patient care, and she loves that she can effect change in the quality of people’s lives. A native of Arkansas, she moved to Colorado in 2015 and has loved it ever since. She is passionate about spreading the word about the connection of a variety of health issues with hearing loss and cares about good old-fashioned customer service.
Dr. Meg earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in May 2011.
